We hope you had a very merry Christmas. We are slowly adjusting to Pleasanton life. On Christmas Eve, we threw a small party and invited some of our friends over to our house. Everyone was continuously commenting on how beautiful and spacious our house was (especially the kitchen). However, we gratefully acknowledge that without your dedicated help, we would have probably picked out a less completed one. You contributed with all your effort in searching the market, printing out lists, mailing us countless emails, and using the best of your advanced realtor knowledge to aid us in the house-hunting journey.

Your many amazing qualities are probably what build you up as such a successful realtor agent. Not only do you give expert insight, professional advice, and helpful information, you also have moral integrity, pure honesty, and a general open friendliness that makes you very comfortable to work with. You always try to understand our needs in every detail and keep adjusting your searching methods to match our requirements. When we went visiting houses with you, you shared your careful (and very helpful) observations of the advantages and disadvantages of the houses, while never rushing us to buy anything. When it came time to negotiate the price, you had several clever strategies to haggle it down successfully. Your work was very thorough. You not only showed us the houses, but also took us on personal tours of the neighborhood to present us the environment they were set in to see if they met our needs. More than once we found ourselves thinking twice about buying a house because of you. Just like it said on your DVD, our priorities and needs became your priorities and needs. While other realtors would just quickly do the job to get done with it, you actually cared enough and took the time to make sure that our family would be settled in a good home with a nice neighborhood. You did your work thoroughly. We appreciate that greatly.

We finally moved in, but your work didn’t stop there. When we discovered that our roof and the toilet had some small problems, you were determined to fix them and called up the companies yourself to make sure they were in good shape. Usually, most realtors by that time had gone away. But you were still here with us, to watch over our house until we settled in completely. When you heard our daughter (Linyan) loves to draw, you gave her a book your sister illustrated and even offered to introduce her sometime. Linyan was overly ecstatic and it took some time to calm her down (She spent the whole night rereading the book over and over again). You gave so much more to us than just a good house. It pushed you beyond the line of a realtor, and instead you became our helpful friend. It’s nice to know that we had chosen a trustworthy person like you. Hope your Christmas was merry, and your New Year happy! You deserved it!
