My service philosophy involves special care to ensure your complete satisfaction with your real estate investment. Your lasting satisfaction is more important to me than a quick sale. With 18 years of real estate experience I have an acute awareness of my clients' needs. My personal and uncompromising dedication to my clients is reflected in repeated success and that over 85% of my business is from past clients or their referrals.

Knowledge and Experience
I can relate to being on the client side of the real estate transaction. An East Coast native, I have relocated many times, and since 1985 I have personally bought and sold seven properties in the East Bay. I have first-hand understanding of family needs and the best ways to accommodate them. Moving to California with my four children prompted me to thoroughly investigate many school districts before deciding on Contra Costa. I am an excellent resource for information on Bay Area schools systems as well as local transportation, churches, synagogues, mosques, after school programs and recreational opportunities.
